If you don't create a foreverpleasures account when you order you will have 30 days from the day you receive your goods to change your mind and return your purchase, 30 days to return faulty items.
RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS
We offer a one year warranty, if the item develops a fault
within three months we can offer a refund or exchange, after three months it is

accessories for a full refund or replacement. If the item is defective in the

All items that are returned as faulty must be thoroughly
cleaned before returning. For reasons of hygiene any item returned in a dirty
condition will not be checked and the returned item will be refused. Postage
back will have to be paid by you at a charge of £3.50 plus v.a.t.

Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with
adult goods they must meet the following conditions.
The goods must be unused.
The goods must be returned in original condition and
Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable
and non exchangeable
Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are
non refundable and non exchangeable.
The goods must be received back within 30 days from the day
you received the order.
When ordering lingerie you are of course able to try this on
for size but please wear your own underwear underneath as we will not be able
to accept soiled or damaged items of this type for a refund or exchange, don’t
forget to retain the original packaging otherwise we will not be able to accept
